GHJ691T or H558PPW - first was my first car (Mini Clubman on Cooper S reverse rims) - slow but huge fun and MY car, second was another Mini which I fear joined the first in the great scrapyard in the sky after a family 'friend' wrote it off...

My Corrado VR6 please (M437JOA if anybody knows it).

Quite possibly the best car I`ve owned although it wasn`t the fastest.

My sentiments too. Great cars (M385PKL if anyone else knows it biggrin)

My old Saab 900 Tjugofem anniversary model

Did the best part of 150k miles in it in my first few years of driving, all over Europe. Not the fastest or the best but the single most car that defined driving for me. It saw me through snow covered lakes in northern Europe, all over the alps, down & around southern Europe, much of Eastern Europe before it was EU & all over the UK on trips away. Still have fond memories of it despite the wind noise, the dodgy heater knob & wheel bearings that only lasted 10k miles of spirited driving.

It sadly passed away in the most almighty rear end shunt in Lipno in the Czech Republic on Christmas eve 1999 within 50 miles of having 300k on the clock & it was as mint as the day it left the factory the day it passed away.

My first one - 1982 X reg Ford Fiesta Pop + 957cc in Venetian Red.

It had a quite tasty RS bodykit on with a roof and tail spoiler, XR2 pepper-pot alloys, Cibie Super Oscars. It was polished to death and remarkably shiny.

In it's day it looked great, especially for an 18 year old. I went to live in France and drove it all over Europe. I loved that car more than any since. Strangely st fuel economy though - no matter how I drove it it did 31mpg.

At some point I'll find a pic and post it and embarrass myself horribly...

Sorry,

My old BMW E32 730iSE lovingly named The Burgundy Battlecruiser

She was a bargain at £500 bought 3 years ago and ran daily up until the end of last year when the Torque converter gave up the ghost.

Sadly the financial situation meant that I couldn't justify spending the amount of cash needed to get it all done and dusted, so I had to scrap her!!!!

Gutting

That car stood up to some hard driving and even though it had 252k miles when it went, it always put up with my driving style and served me so very well!
