Didn't they do one with bad brakes, so it crashed all the time? Was called MSDOS 6?

I Need a shed.

I would like a V6.

That's really not that far from me at all.

I may take a nosey at this tomorrow and see if they will take £500 for it. hehe

Just so you know, this very car has been for sale for about 6 weeks, and it started out at £890...

How good was the BTCC of 94? My mates at school thought i was a complete tw4t following the series but i was right and they weren't, Tarquini, Simoni, Cleland, Radisich, Rydell etc i did have a look at a Xedos (easily pronounced zeedos imo) but decided there was far better alternatives out there quirky or otherwise.

Poor shedding i'm afraid...

For 590 quid I'd snap one up!

Considering what I am paying for a service on my main car, I'm beginning to wonder if I'm mad - I could have 3 Xedos's for the same price!

I mean, some childrens pushchairs cost more than this! wobble

Top Value Shed IMHO!

Always liked the look of these, but never thought of pronouncing the name as Ker-say-dos!

Competed in the BTCC around 1994 I seem to recall.

Wasn't that at Silverstone where Matt Neal rolled his a gazillion times? Think his team mate David Leslie got away with that incident but I've read the team were on a shoestring.
Absolutely right. It seems I recall incorrectly...

I was working for Mazda UK at the time, and we were told to pronounce it Ker-say-dos.

BTCC - the rhubarb and custard car was in the first year driven by Patrick Watts, second year was the white, with the late David Leslie and Matt Neal, team manager was Mazda dealer Win Percy. Outfit ran on a shoestring, and Matt's rollercoaster at Silverstone ended his run in the team....

Wow, it actually looks better in maroon and yellow...

I've always had a soft spot for these things - my dad almost bought one way back when but got an MX-6 instead, which was lovely - the 2.5 V6 was fast enough, creamy smooth and pretty torquey.

Good shed!

What department did you work in? Knew a few people from MCL when they did interesting marketing ideas, like the Airship Tour a year later...

Mazda themselves suggest the car is pronounced 'ker-say-dos'

Odd eh? You'd have thought is was zee-dos, but apparently not.
Yep, definitely pronounced Ker say dos. Trust me wink
I thought it was more, Ker-Zee-Dos rather than 'Say'..

Lovely to drive, wallowy though but a nice motorway cruiser.
I remember Mazda providing guidance back in tha day to pronounce it Ker-see-doss as well.

Surely, when choosing a model name, if you have to tell people how to pronounce it then that should provide a clue that it's no good! rolleyes
