F1 2014 Dates Approved?

I'm planning a trip to Formula 1 in Singapore in 2014. Can anyone confirm that the dates shown on F1.com are now the approved dates which will remain unchanged (apart from those with * marked as provisional)?

I don't want to go to the expense of booking flights and accommodation unless I know the dates are confirmed.
