Any idea how you can retrieve the HH number to log in? There is a password reminder but not a HH number/username one. Can't log in and don't have an email telling me what my HH number or username is?

Other than re-registering, not sure. A colleague had similar trouble last year - work deleted his registration emails from Hilton, as spam. He used a different email account and re-registered.

Have you tried contacting them, here

Also, click the forgot password option. There's also a link on this page about forgotten Hilton HHonors Account numbers.

Wouldn't want anyone to miss out on points for the 1st round (as happened to a few last year).
