Possibly the best chance for Red Bull to get a win this season, or will the Mercedes steam train carry on.

Will any teams bring big upgrades just for this race?

Place bets now.

Keep it nice, keep it clean.

Jobbed.

No

Doesn't matter

Hamilton first
Rosberg second

The rest of the field...

Nothing to argue about.

Suspect Lewis will win this. Probably Rosberg second.

I wonder if the bookies will take bets on who or what Maldonado will crash into.

The start should decide it.

If Nico gets the jump (assuming Lewis on polesmile) he'll be hard to pass on track.

Pit stop foolery could come into play.

The Quali. And I expect Lewis to do his usual one lap knock them dead trick..

It's probably about time rosberg got one. But I can't see it not being one of the mercs.

Vettel and Ricciado are 14/1 and 16/1 to win. Could be the first time this years it's worth having a bet on the winner.

Mercs strong favourites as always but I think the others will be slightly closer on this circuit.

Got grandstand tickets for Sunday - can't wait!

Yep, must admit I panicked last night as I hadn't got my predictions in for another forums GP game; the cut off is the Friday at midnight, them realised it's next week!

The McLaren has pretty good mechanical grip, so I expect they'll perform a bit better.

It's never the best race, but I do find it the most exciting. I've been keeping an eye on the port webcam - the grandstands were put up couple of weeks ago for the Historique, and the marquees have started to appear on top of the buildings. http://www.ports-monaco.com/en/webcams.html

I also read that Maldonado has said he is hoping for a podium!

My only predictions for this race:
Maldonado will be lucky to complete the parade lap without crashing (into the podium).
The RB fans saying it's a chassis track so Seb will do well are probably wrong.
Fernades will put the For Sale board up at Caterham.
There will be at least two safety cars.
And that (because of attrition) Chilton may just get a point.

I hate it when drivers say that as I can guarantee all of them are "hoping" for a podium, whether it will happen or not is another thing!

When I read quotes like that I read underneath "what do I have to say to make this journalist go away?"!

I don't think anyone is going to catch Merc, but I am interested to see how the rest fair - Williams especially, with aero negated they might be in good shape for a podium?

McLaren need to stop the rot here.

Force India didn't have a very good time in China, maybe they can bounce back too.

I think compliance in the suspension is going to be really important here - if the car bounces over a bump and the back wheels spin the driver is going to be having a bad time. If the car can absorb the bumps the driver can keep the power down. Especially important this year because, as we have seen already the cars are more susceptible to wheelspin. Will not be surprised if we have a big accident or two.

I think it'll be a great race with the cars moving around a lot.
