Or 1960 or 1966 or 1973 etc etc.

Ferrari often go through these crisis periods. They will come back, eventually.

Who didn't enjoy watching Prost bin it on the parade lap that year?

Ted Kravitz was also reporting it, so the allegedly clairvoyant EeeJit can't claim exclusivity there this time. smile

He's been replaced by Maurizio Arrivabene.

Brundle said he had texted Ross and asked if there was any truth to the rumour about Ross rejoining Ferrari and Ross and said 100% it was untrue.

Looks like Arrivabene is married to Stefania Bocchi, who is Kimi's press officer.

"Arriva bene" translates to "Get Well" or "Good Arrival" so he certainly has the right name to fix things.

Good. Couldn't have been any more boring if he tried.

So he is ex-Philip Morris and "He has also represented all Formula 1 sponsors on the F1 commission since 2010." This despite the fact that tobacco advertising is banned in F1.

There are times with F1 when I really do feel like a well dessed hare is inviting me down a rabbit hole...

It doesn't bode well for Ferrari success anytime soon.

I was trying to explain to my g/f why Ferrari weren't winning races anymore and my main reason was that Ferrari can't succeed unless they have English or non Italian management team. As soon as an Italian get holds of the reins Ferrari goes into decline. Too much pressure for an Italian.

2 mins later Damon Hill said the same thing on Sky !

No Ross, non-F1 guy coming. Vettel must be wondering if he is going to have the same frustrations as Alonso..........
