And to be fair would make a lot of sense. IIRC they also retain control over the TV whereas the rest is all now FOM.

Not quite as dodgy as FIFA, but certainly will be interesting to see what the EU investigation comes up with - trouble is that is just about the commercial rights for teams, not that with tracks or the FIA relationship.
