Most weekends I'd agree with you but there's no alcohol in Abu Dhabi and Kimi without a hangover goes pretty well at this circuit.
Alcohol is available in AD or my mate who's out there has gone teetotal which I find very hard to believe.Edited by Smollet on Saturday 28th November 18:05

Why do people post nonsense? They don't spray champagne on the podium though - sparkling rose water instead at Abu Dhabi / Bahrain IIRC.

You should spend a Friday lunchtime at the Jumeirah at Etihad Towers (great hotel BTW I can highly recommend it ) and see how you feel Saturday morning

Indeed, I suppose it is no surprise though, I have been watching F since 1977, and have been to 37 F1 races. It has never been as dull as now, and live, current F1 cars are pathetic, and I will bot be spending the £500 minimum that it costs to do a GP weekend until there are impressive F1 cars again..........Interesting interview with Ron Dennis on Sky. He confirmed that at a recent F1 Commission meeting he did indeed tell Horner to 'suck it up' when he started complaining about engines again!
He also clarified the recent comments about Alonso having a sabbatical - he did say that it was possilt but that next years drivers were the same as this.
