See this weeks Autosport "Fast Failures - great cars that should have dominated but didn't".

The McLaren was probably quicker but dogged by reliability problems particularly before the race leading to grid penalties.

Who knows how quick the Ferrari was - it was stuck using Bridgestone's uncompetitive tyres.

Yes. Pyrrhic really, given Ferrari's focus on building a car round those tyres. But nothing wrong with the car itself
