What I did love was his overtake on CLC. It showed perfectly what he's capable of.
I thought it showed that CLC will never win the Championship. It was the first lap of the race, if the cars were reversed Verstappen would have forced CLC to back-out and got away with it.

Said as much as I watched it. That just confirmed that CLC doesn't have the ruthlessness of a WDC.

Just watching the highlights on Ch4 and noticed that young Billy monger has embraced "the old switcheroo" in his patter.

I hope for his sake it's just a mild case of the Crofty's, and wish the lad a speedy recovery.

Anyone know why DC wasn't on commentary?

My guess is that Alex and Billy were in a studio in the UK whereas DC was at the circuit.

MEXICO QUALI HIGHLIGHTS:
TV & FREEVIEW GUIDES: 11:30 - 12:30
Thought that a few days ago it was listed as 12:30 - 13:30

11:30+, Sunday brunch now on... yikes
( Did they forget about the clocks going back)

I was going by the TV guide, 11.30. Freeview app says 11.30 too. Radio Times says 12.30 and the OP on this thread says 12.30. Oh well.

I believe it's actually on at 12:30pm. Not sure why the guide is displaying 11:30am. It does look as though the clocks changing confused someone in scheduling.

Yep, the ‘F1 on C4’ page, still showing as 12:30.
( Although I know Pole & 2nd already... My fault for going on the bloody BBC page). rolleyes
My Cousins son is on the Mercedes pitcrew... so have to avoid FB like the plague over a race weekend.
( Been a lot quieter this year for some reason).

Well that would explain why it’s not yet on catch-up. I’ve been cursing the C4 app mistakenly thinking it was on in the early hours of the morning. In fairness, C4 are annoyingly tardy at getting stuff onto the app.

There are going to be a few upset people tonight when they sit down to watch their recording and be faced with Tim Lovejoy instead.

Lucky them... I had to sit through a Nick Grimshaw book promotion & a footballer that I’ve never heard of vomit
Bit of ‘Blue’ to finish off with.

Indeed. Sat down to watch the recording and got 55 minutes of Sunday Brunch. Fortunately it was just before 1:30pm so managed to watch the qualifying highlights on Channel 4+1.

It appears all C4 related programs, such as E4, were running an hour late, not just C4. It looks like two people both changed the clock back an hour.
