I wonder if he could be a Troll ?
I don't post often on ph despite being on here for some time. It's all good fun and that but honestly, I can't be arsed sometimes.Mark-C said:

What made you feel like you need to get involved in this conversation which is clearly below your standards?
I’ve posted on this thread some time ago so it pops up on “My Stuff” whenever anything new is posted. Basically I’m just intrigued by people that seem to have nothing better to do than try and wind other people up online ... so I thought I’d ask. Mark-C said:

But thanks for the response - liking how you’ve turned it back at me.Your post wasn’t anywhere near as controversial as you think (or maybe hoped) and the responses weren’t very exciting either. PH (much like real life) is at it’s best when people engage in conversation even when they don’t agree. It’s sadly rare these days. I asked you the “what do you get from it question” because you seemed to be taking a particular delight in aiming for a bite with your comments. Like I said ... I’m just intrigued by that ... I don’t understand it ... so I asked.

Reading the past few pages there is a lovely irony in a bunch of anonymous guys expending time and effort attacking the character of somebody because they don’t like they way he chooses to live his life.
1) Man ridiculously good at job spends income doing things that make him happy, which in turn puts him in a better place and makes him even better at his job. Said man happens to enjoy activities the average middle aged (white) man struggles to understand.
2) Man spends time looking for perceived character flaws and cultural differences of an individual that has zero impact on their life, and writing - at length - about those flaws anonymously on Internet forum.

Exactly. It's a weird mixture of envy and boredom. 1) Man ridiculously good at job spends income doing things that make him happy, which in turn puts him in a better place and makes him even better at his job. I quite enjoyed the seat belts discussion from Japan. I guess this is what our new contributor is inspired by.
Grosjean has obviously decided to take digs at everyone, the establishment, the drivers at the front of the championship fight.... I guess it’s all so unfair. And I think Lewis, Seb and Charlie handled it very well (particularly Seb - who I still really like despite his couple of Falling Down moments this year.
Whiting: "We can clarify it if you really think it's worth it..."
Hamilton: "We're driving so slowly, man. But, I mean, maybe Sebastian should keep his on."
Sebastian Vettel: "Steering wheel or belts? I'm confused now."
Anyway, back to Lewis’s hair.
