That's it, you win - I won't argue with an expert on male anatomy.

PS You could hook up with Russell and help him out a bit, couldn't you?
You're right; I do win beer
Yep you win a bag of warm, salty nuts (I know you love them). They'll go great with that beer.
You're being a drama queen, my nuts aren't that salty and you know it.

LDN, I thought I'd better let you know that Russell mistakenly posted a PM to you as a response to my post on a public forum, see above. He is spilling the beans so to say (how can you love someone who doesn't swallow?).

I don't post often on ph despite being on here for some time. It's all good fun and that but honestly, I can't be arsed sometimes.
Can I be your mum for a night and offer you a nice hot cup of chocolate and a comforting hug?
You might just be the most boring person on the internet. I’m sure you’re happily patting yourself on the back about how clever you are but you’ve got nothing interesting to say. What do you get out of this?

That's... offensive. I've never felt so upset in my life.

Ah, Judge Judy is here. Where do I sign the release and when is it going to be on the telly?

You appear to be proving my point but the last bit was a serious question ... what do you get out of this?

What made you feel like you need to get involved in this conversation which is clearly below your standards?

I’ve posted on this thread some time ago so it pops up on “My Stuff” whenever anything new is posted. Basically I’m just intrigued by people that seem to have nothing better to do than try and wind other people up online ... so I thought I’d ask.

Maybe if you bothered to follow the conversation with understanding of sequence rather than being a typical forum bandwagon jumper you'd realise that a) I originally made a point that was somewhat controversial but was definitely not personal and not aimed at anyone on here in particular. b) this then triggered the patronising tutting and huffing and puffing response from the massif for whom any nonbland post that doesn't consist of patting eachother on the back and sucking eachother off is treated as trolling. This was personally aimed at me and I went into penetrative defensive mode. Which is when you came in telling me how I'm getting high on pissing people off. So yeah, can you tell me again how I'm the bad guy please?

That’ll be your new username wink

But thanks for the response - liking how you’ve turned it back at me.Your post wasn’t anywhere near as controversial as you think (or maybe hoped) and the responses weren’t very exciting either. PH (much like real life) is at it’s best when people engage in conversation even when they don’t agree. It’s sadly rare these days. I asked you the “what do you get from it question” because you seemed to be taking a particular delight in aiming for a bite with your comments. Like I said ... I’m just intrigued by that ... I don’t understand it ... so I asked. beer

No worries I actually enjoy this kind of interaction. It's like a social experiment. There's always the same kind of pattern on forums like these. The best ones are the likes of swisstoni who feel big, 'ard and happy to stir the st up while hiding behind a keyboard.

Reading the past few pages there is a lovely irony in a bunch of anonymous guys expending time and effort attacking the character of somebody because they don’t like they way he chooses to live his life.

1) Man ridiculously good at job spends income doing things that make him happy, which in turn puts him in a better place and makes him even better at his job. Said man happens to enjoy activities the average middle aged (white) man struggles to understand.

2) Man spends time looking for perceived character flaws and cultural differences of an individual that has zero impact on their life, and writing - at length - about those flaws anonymously on Internet forum.

Exactly. It's a weird mixture of envy and boredom.

I quite enjoyed the seat belts discussion from Japan. I guess this is what our new contributor is inspired by.

Grosjean has obviously decided to take digs at everyone, the establishment, the drivers at the front of the championship fight.... I guess it’s all so unfair. And I think Lewis, Seb and Charlie handled it very well (particularly Seb - who I still really like despite his couple of Falling Down moments this year.

Whiting: "We can clarify it if you really think it's worth it..."

Hamilton: "We're driving so slowly, man. But, I mean, maybe Sebastian should keep his on."

Sebastian Vettel: "Steering wheel or belts? I'm confused now."

Anyway, back to Lewis’s hair.
