Normally from the back of the head. This is the most popular way of transplanting hair.But this just seems too good. Perhaps he is just receiving many further treatments to make sure it stays in top condition.
Just look at Wayne Rooney if you want to see what happens in most cases.

To this day my nickname is "The American" to a group of friends that I played football with due to that exact situation. Came back from 4 odd years of college, went to a semi-pro team here and they just picked up the strange accent and so it's stuck.
listen to Christian Bale or a Charlie Hunnam interview ...born & resided in Britain for a fair old while, but their accents are all over the place.Kinda funny hearing folk mock Hamilton's accent because he spends a lot of time elsewhere ...then same folk bemoaning that he doesn't pay UK taxes
