Wow...not even an ensuite, pencil thin garden AND the ugliest house in the street

Can't see buyers flocking over that one

I drew some plans recently for a property in Peterborough I think. They had converted a double garage into a house. It was bloomin tiny.

Many favourite bits; the vaulted marble effect ceiling in the bedroom, the Amtico ceiling in the lounge and the red decking.

fk me that's just awful. Complete taste bypass and delusions of grandeur - is it a footballers house by any chance?

This popped up for rent on my Facebook recently, £2k a month;

http://m.primelocation.com/to-rent/details/photos/...

It's a recent renovation yet looks like it arrived straight from the 80s / 90s

I lol'd at the BBQ in the bedroom (why?!)

I read every sentence in your post but still burst out laughing when I spotted the BBQ.

I think they just didn't have anywhere to put stuff, like the serious machine weights kit... in the bathroom!

Must be Australian, breakfast barbie in bed.

I think it might be one of those married moments
"darling get rid of that ugly cheap barbecue outside, the estate agents are coming today and we need to make the place look respectable in the photos"
"ok dear, I'll move it"

Wouldn't be too bad as a house share.
