Sauber drop PW over his back injury I can see a big legal bill!
Hmmm... Ferrari customer team drops Mercedes development driver in favour of Ferrari development driver.

It'll be interesting to see if this move is temporary or permanent. After all, Monisha Kaltenborn has previous with regards to driver contracts (in 2015), and I wouldn't be surprised that if this is a permanent change, Ferrari would pay the legal bill, as it would be in their best interests to do so.

It appears to have been his choice not to race. It wouldn't really make sense for a team to sign a driver and then bench him right away, but this is Sauber so who knows...

BBC are reporting its his choice not to race due to the injury, lack of winter training and fitness. I would imagine doing two full practice sessions when you're not fit might leave you feeling a bit rough the next day.

Penalty for Stroll, FP3 damaged meant new gearbox. 10 mins to quali and the team don't have it in once piece yet..

I did a smaller one for Danny Ric at 25/1 as well, you never know the session might get red flagged and throw the local boy a bit of luck - gamblers hope hehe

Anything is possible in Melbourne. It has a special ability to produce some truly brilliant races and the odd mad result.
