Stroll's comments just screams petulance from a guy who's there because of his father.

I'm not a fan of Williams' decision to hire Sirotkin over Kubica, but I would love it, LOVE IT, if/when Sirotkin wipes the floor with Stroll this season.

I think Sirotkin needs to get the better of Stroll quite quickly or his reputation will be ruined.

I don’t think he is rated the best in GP2/F2 and I doubt many expect miracles from him but if he’s to make it for more than a season or two the least he needs to do is beat the guy who couldn’t measure up to Massa in his benefit season.

Going by testing and what Williams have stated his times were then he should be beating Stroll with some ease.

He needs to be fast as if not Williams will be in trouble.

I’m not convinced they’ll have a car that will be particularly fast, except at one or two tracks, whoever’s driving it so they may be in trouble anyway.

Time will tell.

mick shumacher won euro f3. Everyone is impressed. Ticktum a legend in his own and red bulls minds beaten.
Worth a reminder that the boy stroll won the same title.
Not a fan of his f1 onboards where he looks out of control but they stopped showing those views....lol
Still expect stroll to do ok at stroll team f1

Stroll's early driving reminded me a lot of Massa's early days. He managed to calm down and do ok.

Yes agreed, still got a long way to go if you look at the onboard he's driving it like a rally car, but lets give him a chance in a proper car see how he develops, I would expect he will get zero help from his new team mate maybe they should get him a driver coach to help.

He did have Anthony Davidson coaching him in a 2013 or 14 Williams I think it was. And I did hear a story about him doing some coaching with Rob Wilson at Bruntingthorpe, apparently he was going into the same corner in an Astra 3 or 4 laps in a row and messing it up each time.

I don't doubt that he can be quick but the big question will be whether he's learning the lessons he needs to learn to be quick in F1 consistently.
