Surprised at Massa risking that on the last lap.

And they have been telling us all that Ferrari have the best car... rolleyes

Ferrari were lucky that Red Bull took engine penalties this weekend otherwise both Vettel and Raikkonen would have been beaten by Max and Daniel.

Probably frustration? I think Williams had the pace to beat Ocon today but Stroll simply wasn't brave enough on the brakes and Massa just couldn't get past Stroll to have a go...

Oh and this race just confirms in my mind that Bottas is clearly a #2 driver. Despite some of the claims made earlier in the year I don't think he is even as good as Rosberg was.

Perhaps not yet - Rosberg had many years in the car/team before he started to really come through....I think for his 1st year in the team and with Lewis as his teammate he's doing a great job.

His first season with Merc so I can give him a break. I though Rosberg was as fast as they come in the Hybrid era, but I think it's obvious that Bottas is never going to win this season so I've no problem with him playing rear gunner for 2017.

Lewis: "Mercedes power is better than Ferrari power." Happy birthday Tifosi! laugh

It's been that way for a number of races. On paper Bottas is going to beat Lewis in Singapore unless Lewis stops over-driving under-braking & corner entry a la Russia & Monaco

I seem to remember Niki telling us that yesterday during quali. It's about time though. It's about the right time... atleast they don't decide at the start of the season like Ferrari/Vettel do.

Disagree. Inconsistant car that ate tyres and being team mate to Schumi in which it was damned if do and and damned if you don't beat him.

Some fun stuff in the race

Not amazing but certainly amusing

Happy Lewis won but very disappointed he seemed unchallenged

Will be interesting to see how the next races play out

....a DNF here........an incident there...........could be the deciding factor

I think Danny Ric is fast becoming my favourite driver....and he seems like a really good bloke too.I will like him even more if he overtakes Vettel
Good job he's been deemed a "good bloke" otherwise I doubt he'd get away with making sordid jokes about "liking them vulnerable".

What double meaning did you see - or are you saying you take everything literally?

My God, Merc don't half make up some boring 1-2s. Thought we'd had enough of these in the last few years. But apparently not! grumpy

The race for other positions was good. Surprised how quickly Bottas dispatched the Merc customers. I'd have expected Ocon atleast to put up a fight.

It's a shame you can't overtake like that anymore purely because you risk destroying the tyre and therefore your race.....
Danny Ric. On the same Ferrari. smile
