Yep, in English he called the steward an idiot and doesn't want any fans to turn up next year because of the rules being enforced.

It was right to get a penalty...but then everyone else should have. The limits are called limits and should be stewarded to as such.

He is a 20 year old who has just spend 56 laps of concentration that most of us could never get close to and then somebody sitting remotely on the track decides to change the result that cannot be right . Nobody should have that much power without the ability to appeal.
