Legend has it that Williams are due to launch their 2018 car in Abu Dhabi. Stay tuned!
Now you’re just being silly, their 2018 car is due at Barcelona 2029

I dislike red bull intensely.
Their arrogant attitude when they were winning, their whining when they were no longer winning, the endless blaming their engine supplier when packaging was clearly part of the problem...

Unfortunately, they have my favourite driver (Ricciardo), so I have to wish them well.
With Max VerCrashen to take out the opposition (and it's never his fault smile), Danny may yet have a good year.

Team radio 2018 Chinese GP

Max is a cocky bugger. hehe
That's a good video. Definitely Max's comment on the radio reflects how he drives his car.

Wasn’t it one of the Mclaren staffs whose been quoted as saying they got 3/10s a lap extra out of Lewis if he wasn’t having problems with Nicole Schirzinger at the time hehe
The same cocaine snorting mechanic who said Lewis was arrogant and not everyone liked him?

Recent problems with women include them doing a 'poo' in his favourtite bathroom and looking like 'Oompa lumpas' Too fussy and spoilt? Maybe he should be more like James Hunt.

Do Mclaren not understand the phrase ‘under promise over deliver’?

Does anyone even believe what they have to say anymore?

Does anyone care?

Will the car be as quick as they keep saying as we haven’t seen this years car yet apparently?

Will it even turn up?

Does anyone care?
I mean it's clear watching how this car behaves over a lap it's still an evolution of the previous car sharing in the same foibles even if under the skin there are a lot of changes.

It seems the only thing McLaren learned from Honda over 3 years is about promising upgrades and never delivering. Where is that mythical Spec 4 anyway? wink

They're going to put this aero package on at Spain and maybe take a few races after that to get the best out of it. This is good. Competing against top teams with the same engine allows that self evaluation. Iron sharpens iron. At least they have the balls to put their money where their mouth is. That surely makes them more of a racing team than some others I could mention. I think one of Ron's most glaring mistakes is vetoing Honda supplying to other teams early on in the partnership.

Just to put a conspiracy theory out there regarding the Chinese GP.

Toro Rosso drivers are nowhere in the race and then decide to hit each other.

This causes the safety car which then allows Red Bull to double stack and basically should have lead to a 1-2.

I need to be good at photoshop and create an article that looks like the Motorsport.com page. They might even post it as their own, don’t always seem the sharpest

I've followed teams rather than drivers and I've supported McLaren since the start of MP4. They've gone through good times, in fact the best, and they've struggled at other times, and not only against other teams but against bullying officials as well. When Dennis was kicked out, the historic McL ended and it became to all intents and purposes a new team. But the name's still there. And so am I, despite me thinking I'd leave with Dennis.

So they didn't get there car out on time. So they have over-performed with the current one. So?

I can't see the reasoning behind the resentment against McL. They are one of the great teams. They were started by a mechanic and were built up into a £multi million concern. It is one of the British success stories in the sport. Despite them being their greatest rival for some years, I want Williams to do well as well.

Ferrari, the team with the biggest fan base, went through periods when, despite their money, they were also-rans. They came back.

How can anyone dislike a team? It is bewildering. (Except Ferrari, of course, but that goes without saying.)
I can't get the resentment for them on here either, just negativity towards them because they haven't been perceived to have moved up the field, yet they're currently 4th, and that's including Stoff not really doing much, which is a shame as he was really getting good last year.

Williams I want to see back up the top winning, with McLaren as well would love to see those two fighting each other for wins again

Red Bull I don't like though, purely from a management point of view, they will chuck anyone under the bus if something goes wrong

Perhaps a bit like the major cheating on 'Who wants to be a millionaire' - both drivers hear a cough on the radio

I'm getting almost to like Horner. Or maybe my antipathy is wearing. I like both their drivers, especially Ric, although Max is always worth watching. I take the point about discarding drivers though. That's not Horner of course but his bosses. I can see their argument. F1 is big money and I reckon that Max may well have cost them money.

I think I read that Hamilton's made a bit from his driving.

Indeed, however Horner will happily sling the Rena...Tag Heuer motor under the bus, and complains about the engine, even with the management and the driver's, Horner is a company man and will always side that way.

There's only two others more annoying than him, but equally as annoying as each other, Eddie Jordan and Nikki Lauda, EJ I no longer have to suffer, but Lauda is so irritating, which always puts me off the Mercedes team interview in case he shows up, as Toto is decent and knows his stuff and is very honest about stuff.

Thought RB seem to have softened - the re-emergence of Gasly (and they gave Kyvat a second chance, although with a demotion)

I dislike Ferrari because they laud it over Formula 1 saying that if they leave F1 will be rubbish and management of F1 fall for this and pay them extra money to keep them sweet to the tune of millions of pounds. Ferrari need F1 more than F1 needs Ferrari and I want to see someone stand up and tell Ferrari that if they don't like it the can leave. i'm surprised all the other teams have not kicked up enough to get this sorted.
