Who is he trying to kid.
Doesn't seem to like it when he is hitting the table with his fist.

Lewis is the same, saying he love to put on a good race for the fans, likes it going close, likes a fights. Then he is moaning over the radio asking why/how Vettel got in from and why he isn't winning.Doesn't seem to like it when he is hitting the table with his fist.

I always took that to mean he likes to have on track battles with drivers being very close in performance. When the overtake is done due to team strategy decisions then that isn't good racing for the fans and are also the times he has a bit of a moan.cjm said:
It must be pretty 50/50 between strategic pit stop decisions and on track overtakes deciding the podium positions in most races?
I should have said bad strategic decisions. So where a strategic mistake leads to a loss on track, especially when safety cars etc happen. I just think he can mean what he said about it being good to have close battles and also get annoyed when some things go wrong. As other people have said, you are there to win but you will enjoy a win more that you had to battle for.

The FIA may be investigating Ferrari over exhaust blowing:

Please let it be true.
It would be amusing if an ex-Ferrari designer caught them out.https://www.gpguide.com/News.aspx?articleId=MXwwNC...

I remember Martin Brundle alluding to the fact that one of the teams (can't remember if it was Ferrari or Kimi in particular) sounding different to the rest in one of his track side reports in FP3.
It was the race of 2017 IMO.
So much action.
The speeds and the track are very old school "which I love" especially the start finish straight.
Hope it's a great race

Yeah that bingy-bongy st has to go.
I'm enjoying Ant Davidson in commentary. Much easier on the ear than the dour Scot, and happy to contradict Crofty.
Is Ant covering for Brundle this weekend?
Just watch it on Channel4, no annoying noises there... I'm enjoying Ant Davidson in commentary. Much easier on the ear than the dour Scot, and happy to contradict Crofty.

BTW is it me or did Lee McKenzie lose some serious weight, she looks fit AF.

Deck's had a proper old shuffle there.
P2/3 will start to show a more normal order methinks.
Red Bull have indeed done well on the soft.
Yep, lots of cars struggling to get heat into the tyres...and both the Ferrari drivers were complaining of overheating the rears...P2/3 will start to show a more normal order methinks.
