Yes as it might still be his best option if a Mercedes or Ferrari seat are not available to him. Are any of the other 7 teams going to have a consistent race winning car that can challenge for a championship in those 2 years? I don't think so.

Probably not but sometimes "better the devil you know" and there is always the "Newey factor", assuming he stays with RB.

If there was ever a time to pick up Honda and take the risk, now is the time. They already aren't winning races, at least Honda give them a chance of separating themselves from the other teams. They've made great steps since their early days, have got their facilities up to scratch and have seen some decent progress over the last year or so. Worst case scenario they are stuck in the midfield until the reg changes.
