he keeps feeling let by down the car with failures, let down by other drivers (with being punted off), etc. (plus the odd mistake... his (today) or mercedes (austria...)). In his mind vettel is walking to a championship he doesn't deserve because he's not as good a driver (remember they've raced since F3...).

2 races ago he had to retire. Last race he dropped to the back and now again he's going to be starting near the back. Should he be happy?

Thats what I thought at first, or maybe just plugging the radio back in to speak to the pits... but as Nico is just saying - this is not good body language from Lewis. The competition is so far from over yet.

Yeah, I remember those days, you get to see the drivers sprint back to the pits as well. Get a couple of drivers and you get another race

Lewis is making mistakes because he's pushing extra hard to to try and beat ferrari who seem consistently quicker now.

I suspect the "stop stop, stop stop". Its a direct order to stop the car as soon as possible.
