Quite clearly the same anthem as if he had won a race for Sauber. He is Monégasque so it's fair to assume the Hymne Monégasque which is the national anthem of Monaco.

p.s. not being funny I knew he was Monégasque but if you Googled Charles Leclerc it's all there.

Red Bull is still majority owned by a Thai. The family are amongst the richest in Thailand, there son "Boss" has a warrent out for his arrest and will face trial, his Ferrari ran into and killed a Thai policeman in a hit and run in Thailand. Unlikely he will ever face trial as it seems money buys anythging in Thailand.
