Well if they don't have any product, then why would OMG racing have the biggest hospitality unit in the whole BSB paddock with Rich all over it? It's a MotoGP unit, but in BSB. It would be pretty embarrassing if an invited guest asked for an energy drink and was served Red Bull or Monster or Tesco's own brand or whatever!

Maybe because they thought they were getting a load of money and it never appeared.

I'd be checking the "best before" dates carefully... Very curious to hear what entity is actually *paying* sponsorship. Smellier than a very smelly thing.

The bearded wonder is now Sales Director for "Wolf Jerky Ltd". His business partners do actually appear to have a small business making jerky (google Coppernose Smokery) but probably aren't up to sponsoring an F1 team.

If I recall your username correctly you’re a bit of a troll, but anyway - yes they have a handful of real tins you can purchase directly from them. That is not the same as having real product in consumer outlets making serious money like red bull. So what’s your point

They do appear to have some product - although has any been seen with the new logo on it? However the amount of the product seems extremely limited and certainly is not on sale in enough retailers in the UK to justify the apparent sponsorship budget they have. It may be it’s being sold in large quantities elsewhere but you would have someone would have said so if it was.

Why OMG Racing linked up with them is anyone’s guess. You would have thought the Haas debacle would have put anyone off, but obviously not. One assumes there was money put in initially to allow for the costs of the hospitality unit etc but who knows.

Maybe they are pleading the pandemic has cost them income and they’ll pay soon. I guess it’s possible one day the story behind all this will come out but who knows.

How is that possible when it’s apparently been at the bottom of the sea for 10 years?

They were also partnering Alex Thompson on the Vendee Globe race - he has just pulled out due to rudder damage - perhaps after a crazed night drinking the stuff.

He's been banging that drum for a while, and won't be doing it.

I'm starting to think that WTF1 are involved in the Rich Energy thing somehow, they're the only F1 outlet that gives them coverage and they're about as credible as the drink brand

I think WTF1 tweet a lot of humorous content, so I just think they're taking the mick out of Rich Energy (as we all are). I like their content!
