He's probably not a future WDC, not because he's not good enough.. but because he's probably more attractive to a top team as a perfect no2. He's endlessly pleasant, not vindictive and runs his own race. He'll always end in the points, almost no matter what. I think Horner was truly sad to lose him because, barring dnfs, he was always right there behind Max, and like Bottas on Hamilton occasionally in front.

A driver that keeps the points average up is valuable indeed.
