it would be nice to have james allen back
I believe this is the very first time those words have been used in that order on Pistonheads.Though I don't know why, he was a lot better than people give him credit for.

Why is it when Crofty (who I don’t mind at all) makes a mistake he gets vilified on the internet yet when Murray Walker made a mistake, and he made more than Crofty does, it’s ‘charming’ and ‘passionate’?
Because there's little in life more cringing than a person that is obviously wrong yet super excited about what they're saying. It's definitely a combination of these things for me! Listening to him whoop and scream as if the event of the season is unfurling on the track, all the time knowing he's mistaken which driver he's talking about and in actual fact, whatever he's just reached orgasm over isn't actually relevant..TheDeuce said:

Is this Murray or Crofty?I don't think Crofty will ever be remembered by so many viewers with the same fondness as Murray.

Oh come off it, Murray (who I always liked) used to go over excited about absolutely anything, he was also forever getting stuff wrong and missing important events on track.
He just wasn't as annoying as Crofty for me. EDIT: Although you have inspired me to listen to this again https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=A0TZ_YLQSgg
