no, theyd be moaning that:
Fangio was 'lucky' to always be in the best cars
Switched teams to always be in the best cars
Had team orders so he took over his teammates car when his broke down
Had mediocre teammates that made him look good
Didn't deserve his 5 world championships
He had a b4stard child and didn't do the right thing by marrying his woman
….not much different to these days really.

I personally lost a huge amount of respect for LH after he took a photographer with him to the BLM riots in London.
Interesting. Any BLM protest is a riot is it? He attended a protest in Hyde Park. There was no riot. So which BLM riot did he go to? Re him taking a photographer with him, I don’t know. Can you point me to the piece confirming Lewis had his own photographer with him? paulguitar said:

It would be more interesting if it was.
Apparently not. If a Button thread was more interesting, there would be one, with thousands of posts.Try again.

Re Lewis I have supported him for years and years and the greatest memory is still "IS THAT GLOCK" but in my opinion motorsport is not rasist or sexist and both have been dragged into our sport.
I have moved to Lando now and he was defo my number 2 choice last year but I like him more and more.

I don't think the "balance" of the thread would be right...

I've supported Lewis since cadet karts, and I'll continue to do so. He occasionally says some silly stuff but I'd have embarrassed myself considerably more had my entire 20's and 30's been played out in full view of the entire world!Re Lewis I have supported him for years and years and the greatest memory is still "IS THAT GLOCK" but in my opinion motorsport is not rasist or sexist and both have been dragged into our sport.

I think it's hard for us to say whether the sport is racist or sexist, but if Lewis himself feels there is an issue he's in a much better position to have an informed opinion on this that any of us, I think.
Agree about Lando, he's a star for sure.

He's been held back more by it in his career more than the rest of us?It's certainly heightist, or half of the grid would be PHers. High lives don't matter.

It's not either/or for me: I support both, & Hulkenberg...& Leclerc...& Albon. Teams, I support Mercedes, Mclaren & admire Red Bull, & a good result for Renault & Williams is great because I have friends who work there. If Ferrari have a good day, that's fine. There are others I'm less keen on, for various reasons, but that's the beauty of motor sport when set against other sports - it doesn't need to be tribal.jimPH said:
So lewis had been pressurising his fellows into kneeling. I hope we don't see them all doing that.
Lewis has been "educating" I assumethat means educating Communist doctrine where the BLM principals are founded.
O think these drivers should just get on with their day job.
That just says you have no idea what he’s been saying or what his stance is. Of course he’s the personification, Thee very living embodiment of a Communist . Lewis has been "educating" I assumethat means educating Communist doctrine where the BLM principals are founded.

Do you think Lenin would be impressed?

You mean his good friend Daniel Forrest who he also goes on holiday with etc? Easy to spin a story to fit an agenda, "riots" makes your stance pretty clear though. My wife takes a professional photographer with her whenever she goes somewhere interesting, by the way.

This ill-informed claptrap again? For the umpteenth time, Hamilton has made clear he does not support the political goals of BLM.
What's so hard about it.
Stop Racism. Bingo.

Incredible pole lap today, can't wait to see if onboard when it's out on youtube later.
We're seeing an all-time great at the absolute peak of his powers.
To those here that he upsets, try to appreciate it, even if you can't enjoy it!

Valtteri has been on good form this weekend so to beat him by 3/10s is top peddling.
Looking forward also to seeing a slow mo.
On the limit racing matters !!
