Croft has to go
Discussion
That's it, I think I'm just about done.
Returned from an awesome weekend at the race and as per usual, stuck on the replay to prick up on the many nuances we'd have missed, I don't know if it's the juxtaposition of the weekend we'd had "topped" as it were by this useless oaf yelling his careless & incorrect nonsense all over the sport, or that while watching live/afresh you're picking up on countless mistakes in the moment but watching knowing what's happening his ineptness, cluelessness and error strewn hollering is too much.
Currently paying sky £54/mo because at the end of the day I just want to relax and watch my sport at the end of the week without all the uncertainty of "internet things" but no.
So the shopping list is:
Freesat PVR £2-300
Nord VPN £35/yr
F1 pro $80 canadian/yr
Discovery/Eurosport £60/yr (for bikes and snooker etc)
I think that gives me just about everything we used on sky except sky documentaries - might add Netflix as I'm sure most of that is cross platform. Looks like quite the saving.

What are you on, you really suggested that the Haas cars do a swap while in a drs train ,
Plus for at least 5 laps "And Hamilton is closer to MS this corner" followed by MS disappearing into the distance!! Then we had a "swapperoo" for good measure!!Kravitz wasn't much help today either - both he and Crofty bemoaning Norris having to worry about a 5 second time penalty at the end of the race, when it was bloody obvious Norris had pitted well after receiving the penalty and well before either of the two morons started going on about it.

The marshals reacted quickly, No they fking didn’t, they would rather watch the Ferrari burn
The contrast between how Silverstone reacted to the huge Zhou crash last weekend and today’s fire was quite remarkable. Especially the Marshal running towards the car, getting half way, putting down his extinguisher and then running back (hopefully for the correct type) followed by the guy who put a cylinder behind the front wheel of the Ferrari on a hill and not expecting it to roll down but to actually chock the wheel.
Keystone cops stuff!

Dear old Murray used to use " I agreed with the general sentiment that it's time for Sky to change not only the commentator but the rest of the line up too.
I pay for SkyF1 (so not biased) , but I've always held the view that the C4 team are so much better on balance. Coulthard and Webber are great, the main coms is ok, but a decent step up from Croft. The only one who really lets the team down is Steve Jones. Get rid of him, and get Jenson on board and thats it sorted? (or Sky nick all the names Ive suggest for C4, either way both could be better).BTW my 9 year son questioned why the commentator was shouting during the last lap when nothing was happening. A 9 year old....
