Maybe Mazepin is trying to take all the advantage of women he can before he starts coming last every race?

A pity Russian backers couldn't put their money into shwarzman. He's by far the most promising talent Russis has produced...

As a lifelong F1 fan, and female, I don't see how the FIA can crow on about equality before each race whilst this man is in a racing car. Between this incident and the dozens in his past he has set this sport back decades.
Haas need to make the right choice here, but I fully expect money to win out over morals.

Given this happened in the UAE, the consequences for the girl could be far more serious than for Mazepin...

Mad world isn't it?
The consequences for George Russell with his insinuations of him being gay could have had enormous repercussions as well.

The thing is this is a pattern with Mazepin. His conduct both on and off the track is way below par. He is the kind of liability that F1 can do without

He’s been with Nyck De Vries sister Seychelle since his F2 days.

Oh I know, and it was absolutely a poorly thought out joke. But not one to make publicly before a trip to the UAE knowing people have been arrested for less.

Oh - I knew there was no malice, just a factoid on GR that I saw earlier. smile

It's almost as if he's behaving exactly like you'd expect the spoiled child of a dodgy Russian billionaire to behave.

He brings nothing to the sport except money and has presented himself on multiple occasions as a thoroughly unpleasant young man. I wish him a very unsuccessful career.

If Haas made the right decision, they would get a lot of good PR putting Romain back in the car for another season. But as I say, they will simply accept the money of a misogynistic playboy, sweep it under the carpet and hope its all forgotten by the start of next season.

Or Perez - give Carlos Slim a buzz and the extra PR will pay for things on the books. Mazepin is a Russian gangster family with no class - Slim is a real billionaire.

Perez might have to choose between RB and HAAS.

That might be a tough one smile

Carlos Slim would be good, even the Hulk, Perez has a lot of hype around him right now. Lets face it, anyone but Mazepin. It's good to see the amount of anger towards this actually, there is even a petition posted onto the comments in the Haas Facebook. There are the usual odd comments of 'well she looks like she was enjoying it' but it's reassuring to see the majority of people realise that this kind of behaviour isn't acceptable in this day and age. It's just a shame that Haas don't realise this.

Not sure if Haas have any females in their pit crew, they certainly will back at the factory. Somewhat of a slap in the face for them too if this is ignored.

Yes - the petition is growing hour on hour - I signed it and shared it with my friends. It would be a very dangerous game for the FIA to allow “all lives matter” and then “all lives matter, apart from drunk girls being groped in the back of a Porsche” - that’s not the F1 I want to see.

Whilst the official records for Slim may show no indiscretion, I'm not sure you become a billionaire in a narco-state without getting your hands a little bit dirty...

No, indeed. Discovering Perez was from Guadalajara was a recent revelation to me. As someone who binged Narcos Mexico it did make me raise an eyebrow.
That said, I imagine finding a clean billionaire is a rather tricky prospect.

Slim even made a very brief appearance in one episode of Narcos Mexico. Not himself, obviously, but an actor playing him.

Never going to be a pretty story when Russia and Billions are involved. biglaugh

Haas should take the moral high ground here and boot him. No matter how much financial strife they are in.
It's kinda ironic isn't it?

A tool company hires a tool to drive for them biggrin
