Close proximity (~2m IIRC and for 15 mins contact) - so yes if you were in the same queue for a burger for 15 mins next to someone, but no for being at the same overall venue.

There is no such thing as a clean event, it's impossible.

Agreed. It's mitigating the risk, not eliminating (which is impossible)
