Quite an insight into the way he is thinking...Max Verstappen said:
He insisted that in his mind he had not broken any rules with regard to fair racing.
"For me I was not wrong," Verstappen said. "Only I was 'wrong'; other people got nothing.
"We were both off the track. Somehow they judged it was my fault, which I don't agree with, and the other penalty as well I don't agree with. And then afterwards he pushed me off the track and he even looks at me and pushes me off the track edge and he only gets a warning for that."

Verstappen said: "I know what's in the sporting code. There has been nothing added for this weekend."
Verstappen added that he would not change his approach to racing for this weekend, despite being penalised in Jeddah.
"Why should I change when others are allowed to race like that? Everyone should be allowed to race like that," he said.
Slightly worrying that, despite receiving 2 penalties and being instructed to give a position back twice, all in the same race, he still cannot acknowledge that he was in the wrong.Verstappen added that he would not change his approach to racing for this weekend, despite being penalised in Jeddah.

Max is using the typical conman tactic of saying black is white and sticking to it, no matter what the evidence or reality is.
There are plenty of people out there who play this trick and make a fortune before being busted.
If he really believes what he is saying, he is buggered long term.

Does he think the whole world is against him ?
Mark of someone who doesn't think straight.

Not really, he has his views and is in the running to become F1 WC. He will not be 'buggered', he will be WC one day, maybe this weekend. Of course then, you, and other rabid LH fans will say he doesn't deserve it. I doubt he will be bothered either way There are plenty of people out there who play this trick and make a fortune before being busted.

I'm sure he will be comfortable with the outcome from cheating, he has been so far.Busted It's not a 1970's Kojak episode
The other drivers, if next years rules work, are going to have a field day.

Lewis isn't above cheating. No F1 driver at the sharp end is...if they can get away with it.
Easy to forget that lewis is a proven cheat, of course. This weekend i'm on team hamilton, if only because max has proven himself to be worse. Can't wait until it's lando or russel fighting for the wdc. Hell, the badger or leclerc would also be great. Or albon.
Thing is, repeatedly "dick dastardly" wins and the old adage "nice guy comes second" is sort of proven in f1. Senna. Schumey. Alonso. Hamilton. Rosberg for the one season he got his arse in a knot. Potentially max.
All of them are utterly breathtaking when acting like utter "f the rest of you, you're all c°nts" on and off track. The second they start to act likeable, they lose their edge somewhat. It's a pity, but it does explain why people that everyone would love to get behind like rubens barichello and philippe massa aren't wdc's. .

Yup, but one can at least hope that the least bad wins, and right now that seems to be Hamilton. paulguitar said:
I knew it! I was going to post that he'd be right back with something from 12 seasons ago but thought he'd not be quite that desperate.
Oh well.
Earlier you labelled Horner a cheat, over many years. Is 12 seasons outside of this period? Is it ok for LH to act this way when he was young, but not MV? Like I said, short memories and a super fans.Oh well.
Desperate, you are.
