I'm baffled people keep reacting to this bellend, if you ignore him, he will, eventually go away.

8 titles, doesn't need to ham it up for anyone. Be honest, that's what really gets you. Your klompen kop hero might yet get one, who knows. Until then, he'll always be seen as a loser.
8 titles? Are you counting the knighthood as one?At that point Hamilton was the winner.
There is a precedent for the race finishing early when the rules are misapplied.
And it really winds Sparta6 up

Everyone knows he won the race in Abu Dhabi. The FIA can say what they like, but the actual FIA race in AD finished when the rules stopped being applied.

It didn't but enjoy your version. Merc even took a top barrister to the race and didn't make that argument...At that point Hamilton was the winner.

Which part of this is disputable?

Glad you enjoyed this "version". There was a race in Abu Dhabi, run under FIA rules, which would decide the F1 2021 championship title. The rules failed to be applied before the last lap which was therefore not run under FIA rules. The FIA race therefore finished at the end of the penultimate lap at which point Lewis Hamilton was in the lead. He won the FIA Abu Dhabi race, no matter what the FIA subsequently tried to claim to excuse their gross incompetence (being generous here) and subsequent potential massive financial liabilities.
Which part of this is disputable?
If it was that straightforward why didn't Merc protest and then appeal?Which part of this is disputable?

Because the procedure for the appeal was crooked. The FIA was the judge and defendant. Edited by M5-911 on Sunday 26th June 09:07

If RBR and Max win the WDC (and WCC), and it looks pretty likely atm, it will be testament to Max' undeniable skill (when fighting fair) and RBRs ability to build the best machine - and that is great. It will not change my view on the 2021 season though...

because they wouldn't have got much out of the FIA's ICA & couldn't got to CAS because F1 isn't fully signed up to itevery legal that ive seen that has posted on it (lawyers & barristers who have dealt with CAS previously) seemed to think that Merc would have likely won their case had F1 been fully signed up- & that was before the FIA's published admission that their own rules/procedures weren't correctly followed
what the FIA have effectively said, is that no matter the size of any fk up, they wont overturn ANY subsequent result that is the result of their own incompetence ...& without them fully signing up to CAS- don't expect that to change

Pretty much all of it, but if your confected interpretation gives you comfort then knock yourself out.Which part of this is disputable?

Exactly. Merc didn't appeal because they knew the conclusion of a successful appeal would be the annulment of the race result, which wouldn't have made Hamilton champion anyway, and would not have reflected so well on them.We discussed this long ago and no amount of fantasy ste will change how it played out.
