Hilarious as it would be for JV to somehow make Max leave Redbull (Horner would then possibly be crushed by the stampede of other drivers wanting the seat) JV should be nowhere near the pit lane for various reasons, not least of which is that he is an utter scumbag.
Perhaps JV actually believes that it is Max's god given talent that makes him so fast and nothing to do with the car and that other teams would be queuing up for his signature?
As others have said, there are at least half a dozen drivers that would win the WDC in that car (Lewis, Lando, George, Charles, Carlos, Fernando, Danny Rik) Christ - if Redbull were to run only one car, Checo would win the WDC!
Maybe it is just a ruse to get Max a bigger payday, or maybe JV really has lost his mind over a woman and is about to destroy Max's career? Stay tuned folks!

Max in the middle.
Neither side has enough power to win cleanly, but both sides so far seem determined to hold out.

You are making yourself look foolish. It's possible there was a breach, if you take those messages at face value. Fortunately, tribunals use a higher standard than that. There are minimum standards of evidence, and rules to ensure fairness for *all* parties. FH couldn't just pick a selection of messages, without timestamps, out of context, and expect that just to be accepted as evidence.
The tribunal will take whatever evidence there is and decide the facts on the 'balance of probabilities' (more likely than not). Evidence can include written and oral evidence from the parties. If one party submits only partial evidence the other side can submit their own or argue it isn't the full picture.

The thing I don’t get is screenshots were being taken when CH was typing and some of the dates were from 2021. As others have said, she is hardly the little girl simp, not if she has “survived” in F1 industry so long. I think she saved them for a break glass in emergency moment. Moving on she gets involved with JV and over a race weekend Premier Inn mixed grill JV mentions “if only someone had something on Horner”!
