Going to say it just once more, then shut up about it - Daruvala drove 2 cars off the road, and gets no penalty and goes on to win - other drivers get harsh penalties - not particularly happy about that race.

Aston Martin has signed F1 champ Felipe Drugovitch as reserve driver for 2023. So if Alonso flounces or retires at the end of 2023 he's in with a good chance of a seat.

That’s a very tasty move for him.

W Series is under threat as it struggles for funding.

Guardian said:
The series is in its third season but has been unable to guarantee it will be able to conclude this year’s remaining races or pay its drivers their prize money.
On Wednesday it was reported in the Daily Telegraph that there were financial issues facing the series, and significant sums owed to creditors.

Resurrecting this one after nearly two months off - makes no sense why they left such a big gap in the series.

Last F2 sprint race of the season about to kick off in Abu Dhabi.

Well that lasted two corners before the crash. Red flag.

Restart in 5m, behind the safety car for a rolling start.

I see Calderón continues to show she can be as slow in f2 as she was in indycar

17 seconds back after 12 laps

I thought she’d has a spin or something, but no, she’s just running around a second and a half off the pace. She was never that slow before.

A close race further up the field though.

Great win from Lawson, he saved his tyres and took the opportunity when it presented itself, then was able to drive away.

Good points for Logan Sargeant too, in his Super Licence quest.
