I know. Some on here had a theory that was all for team PR etc and bottas was somehow resentful of Lewis. But he always said they were mates, in addition to being competitors.

So long as F1 remains, so will the Monaco GP. Might as well get used to it.

Also, the cars are soon to be quite a bit shorter.

If that's true, they need to seriously change the format there. The 'race' on Sunday has to go.

They’ll have been told to make a fuss about it.

Monaco is still the only place where F1 turns up to someone else’s event, and F1 (FOM/Liberty) don’t like that arrangement.

To be fair, historically the TV direction has been piss poor at Monaco
