Bit harsh, that wasnt aimed at you in anyway, it was aimed at the question asked, but its true, I've said before: Natalie Pinkham, Rachel Brookes, Lee Mckenzie et al don't have their own threads, but as soon as a woman of colour comes along she gets 40 pages.
That is because those 3 are employed as presenters or reporters, jobs they are all well experienced in. If any of them had the equivalent experience in their fields as Schiff does they would not be working for Sky.Right now you have Schiff & Chadwick, both drivers that failed to reach even F3, employed as professional driver pundits and repeatedly thrown questions instead of the former F1 drivers stood beside them, a pretty evident agenda from Sky. At least Patrick has actually driven in top level racing. Albeit American racing...
If Sky had employed two uber-privileged failed male drivers that couldn't even reach F3 to act as professional driver pundits they would have been heavily slated and their presence questioned, but because they're uber-privileged female drivers people just clap along. Social conditioning works.
While Sky's prices have gone up and up every year, the quality of the coverage has dropped far more drastically. Oh the good old days of the BBC coverage, now that was worth watching!

Billy M is on a 'Cross the World', ininiative test TV programme where 'celebs' have to travel on little moneny across Europe.
He comes over as a nice normal guy (together with his sister) with a humble and good approach to life. He seems the same when he commentates. Hre also doesn't start sentences with the word 'look'...

Without his accident, he would have not been employed by Channel 4. He ticks boxes too.Alex was a very accomplished sportscar driver. Like father, like son!

Oh my god….. She’s back talking about experiences she’s never had with the authority of a World champion….
It was kind of amusing last weekend when Simon said something like "I am joined by Damian, World Champion in 1996 and Karun Chandock who drove XX races in F1, and Noami Schiff"...... Jasandjules said:

At one of the F1 races last year (Las Vegas if memory serves me right) Jenson Button and Danica Patrick were involved in an argument/discussion which ended with Patrick conceding the point by saying words to the effect of "you've driven an F1 car and I haven't". At the time I thought fair play to her for saying that but it also left me thinking why is Sky employing someone as an expert pundit on F1 when she's never competed in the sport? I know the answer of course but (IMHO) it's a poor do when someone's employed because of their gender rather than the expertise and insight they bring.
Look, I'm not sure if it was just her gender TBH.Gassing Station | Formula 1 | Top of Page | What's New | My Stuff
