SC #4, this is going to end up being a timed race.

As the immediate feeder series for the pinnacle of motorsport this is embarrassing. No wonder we’ve got RIC coming back, Alonso in his 40s and Hamilton signing another 2 years into his 40s.

Well those were two very poor adverts, for those wanting to compete at the top level. Safety car close to leading most laps in both F3 and F2, despite it being a nice sunny day. Terrible driving standards.

Is That Glock? seems to be having fun in the celebrity car, up about ten places in six laps.

The move that put Vesty off was like a 12 year old on a playstation.

That’s a little harsh - on the 12-year-old PlayStation kids. biggrin

As a positive we have had today an all British F3 podium, A British F2 winner, and now a British Porsche Supercup winner.

Is anyone worthy of an f1 seat fromt he current crop of f2 drivers?

I can only think of Ollie Bearman seeing as he has come from f3 last year.
Those at the top are in their 3rd year of f2 so should be walking it but arnt or 2nd year and just mid pack.

Edited to add
Victor Martins as well as Ollie Bearman

I like Oli but he certainly isnt ready for F1 yet. Has shown flashes of brilliance this year and last year in F3 where he nearly won the championship if he had managed to beat Zane in that last race before the red flag.
He has a few more years yet as he is still only 18. He could still be top rookie this year if he beats Victor Martins. And he is only beaten by his teammate for race wins this year so far, just the start of the year has kept him out of contention for the championship as he settled into the new car.
Just a shame he is a Ferrari academy driver hehe
