Great publicity for them as well. Also, it does look rather good in black.
Not to dismiss the reasons for the black livery again in 2021, I cant help feel that this is a factor in why the Mercedes is Blakc again this year. On the point of Hamilton making them make the change, I feel that Hamiltons exploits at the beginning of 2020 would of lead to the team taking a more prioritised look at the ethnicity of their team and how they can look to improve ethnic diversity. Although Hamiltons message was more politically biased, Mercedes took the route that a lot of other companies are taking in recent years to look to increase ethinic diversity, a more moral version of the same issue.

He wore a BLM T-Shirt and so is now a card-carrying Comminist apparently. It's all in this thread about a month or so back.
Yep, I know... Hamilton, the multimillionaire F1 racing driver is a hardcore Marxist, anti-capitalist. Ridiculous isn’t it....Someone pops up now and then, outraged but I’ll informed.
I think you mistake me for someone who is a Hamilton hater, of which I am not.
My point was mainly about Mercedes supporting Hamilton but in a less focussed and more corporate manor. If my wording was slightly off then i apologise, its a shame that in this thread people are so quick to jump to guns as too many people want to bring Hamilton down.

If this response is to me... I was simply asking the question, I was curious re how you see Hamilton’s stance as politically biased. My point was mainly about Mercedes supporting Hamilton but in a less focussed and more corporate manor. Two classic overtakes from P3 to win the race.
His first overtake on the outside of Verstappen was very good, this was further highlighted on his overtake of Bottas on the outside where Bottas was in the same position on the road as Hamilton and Brundle commented about the angles and making the corner.
