I think this should be more prominent on the front page:

We will need you to be on site at the NEC between 0700 & 0830 to access the Sunday Service hall

Could have some very irate PH'ers otherwise. Only just noticed it myself!

Another reminder guys. Please ensure you have your booking reference in the notes section of the calendar, without this we can't put you on the entrance list.

Thank you

Nathan

We had already noticed that, so I will, have to turf Tom out of bed well early, even though we only live 20 mins away!

If I have tom with me in the Caterham I prefer to use B roads and avoid the motorway, so will take a leisurely cross country route.

Of course if the weather is foul, which it looks like there is every chance, we will be in the safety of 911 4 wheel drive security and comfort!

Also, until the show opens at 9 we will be in our own hall, when the show opens, we will have access to the other hall.

Can somebody please clarify something for me as I'm struggling with the wording..

Tickets for the Performance Car Show seem to be advertised separately from the Autosport Intl show - despite being the same ticket - with the PCS tickets advertising access to the AIS, but not vice versa.

My gf very kindly bought two tickets for AIS through their website - will we be able to get into the PCS with these? Everything seems to suggest not, but that seems daft?

Would have loved to park the Chim up in the SS...but there's no WAY we'd get there on time

If it is like all the previous years then the tickets will get you in to both the Performance Car Show and the Autosport show - it is easy to walk between the two (they are in adjacent halls with no barriers between). smile

Unfortunately not, due to us being inside the NEC, the doors will close prior to the show starting and all vehicle movement will be stopped until 1200.

Hi Paul,

I'll be sending an email out on Thursday but the hall we are in for the SS is Hall 18.

Thank you

We've got a small convoy running from West London that morning if anyone fancy's joining us, PM me for details, we should be at the NEC for around 7.30am and therefore should be a nice morning blast! wink

There are still quite a few people with no ticket booking reference listed in the notes section.

As previously advised, without this we cannot allow you in to park with the SS group.

0830 is an absolute set in stone deadline for entrance, this is due to H&S regulations and the NEC needing to stop all traffic prior to the show starting so please ensure you arrive by this time as we cannot bend the rules.

Another point is that until the show opens at 0900 we will be in the SS hall, as soon as the show opens we will then be free to roam. No cars can leave before 1200.

I'm sorry we have to be so strict but this is due to the NEC imposing their rules but at least you can park for free biggrin

I'll be sending an email to all on the list with booking references on Thursday giving details of what gate to use etc. I will need you to reply with the registration number of the car you will be travelling in so security know to let you in.

Thank you and I look forward to seeing you all bright and early on Sunday.

Nathan

Nathan what about if we are not decided re which car we are going to travel in?

I will be in my Caterham R500 if it's dry,,but our 911 if it's raining or adverse weather!

Do we need to supply the vehicle, types and registrations if there are multiple types to choose from?

TIA
