A few errors in there. I'm going to cut down a highlights video tomorrow.
Had a big twitch @10:20 and @11:30 in the video as soon as there was no one around me.
That's me varying distances behind you for a few laps in the red TTS, and briefly ahead once.A few errors in there. I'm going to cut down a highlights video tomorrow.

My first time out on a track day ever & clearly you were doing a better job than me! Didn't seem fair to keep using better straight line speed to get ahead all the time, when you were doing a better job around the corners.

Anybody heard from the Civic owner?
Hoping they're feeling a bit better, the GF (?) hasn't left him (either altogether or facing a battery accusation from her mates) and that the car will live again?
been texting today - he's ok considering, just got a stiff neck as expected. The cars getting rebuilt as mentioned so keep your eyes peeled for it back on the track in the near future. Think the Mrs (who's not his mrs) is similar just stiff, their lucky with just a stiff neckHoping they're feeling a bit better, the GF (?) hasn't left him (either altogether or facing a battery accusation from her mates) and that the car will live again?

Yea, but 170?!
The weather combined with the confusion over track parking didn't help. It has been like this before though. At least people do now take themselves off the list.My onboard footage from the 10.10 session.

I'll apologise for the negative commentary in advance, I was having a good old moan to myself!

He took the Mrs who's not his Mrs? He was probably hoping for a more low-key day Armagreggon said:

I was in the same session, but the other half/group and traffic seemed a lot easier.

Anyone else in the 10:45 session? I was enjoying that in the rain. I expected to see the GTR coming up behind me but seems that an AWD Volvo was just about the quickest thing on track in the wet yesterday. More oversteer than understeer surprisingly which is the reverse to how it behaves in dry weather.
The chap in the A3 was surprisingly quick too. Amazing how the performance of cars were reversed in the wet.
HAHA I did thoroughly enjoy our jostling around the wet track. Likewise was expecting the GTR to be all over us but never saw it. The chap in the A3 was surprisingly quick too. Amazing how the performance of cars were reversed in the wet.

I decided to take the Golf R32 with AWD on Sunday, and really glad I did! I was running the new Goodyear F1 Assymetric 3's and the grip was superb in the wet. Having said that, I did manage to do a powerslide out of one corner, which is normally completely impossible in an R32..
The narrow-angle V6 at high revs sounded just superb too.
Fun day, especially with the guys in the 10:45 session - the black S2000 and the Fiesta ST was great fun running against!
