One single thing that makes you think "knob"

Ok great, I'm glad you have an opinion but my point still stands. How can you or I possibly know he is a cock? You can believe in your close mindedness that he is but you cannot truly know.
He looks like a cock. Those that get face tattoos tend to be cocks.
Ergo, he probably is a cock.
I run a professional consulting services business.
I expect my staff to present in a professional manner. Visible tats, where they can't be covered, mean you won't get a good airing in an interview.
I need staff to deal with politicians and the media at times. It is not a good look for the company to have a cock with a face tat.

99.9999% of the time I'd agree with you. However.....Near me there is a "gangsta-type" family with a large selection of cars. These tend to be parked in a haphazard fashion, often causing problems for other people. When asked to move them (to allow other people access) the response is, at best, a grunt and a "look". Their cars have been keyed several times (Not by me I hasten to add).
I don't agree with it. I wouldn't do it. But sometimes acting like a cock elicits a cock-like response.

And what did you do?
Looked out and saw some chap hovering against the car, initially thinking it was attempted vandalism or worse. When I loudly enquired as to his intentions he bolted off down the street, it wasn't until I went out for a look I noticed what he'd actually been doing.By the time I'd jumped in the piss-free car and went for a look I couldn't spot him, which in retrospect was probably a good thing, as an assault charge over something ultimately trivial wouldn't have done anyone any favours.
I'm relieved (pun intended...) there was no damage a jetwash can't fix - but it further reinforces the belief that the local students who can't quietly handle their drinks are knobs of the highest order.

When did the car thing start? It always used to be through the letter box, or stood in a flowerbed trying to hit a gnome/birdbath/other object.Munter said:

Just last night, its a total one off incident in the time I've lived here, thus far. I've got no reason to suspect there's a calculated intention behind it, other than drunkenness. It's not high crime area, it just has a high density of student accommodations - there's been a few on neighbouring streets who've woken up with wheeliebins and traffic cones on their cars, but I've never had a problem previously.
I meant in general. Traditionally it was letterboxes. Always in the paper back home, trying to get pubs/clubs shut down because drunk people were peeing through letterboxes, or in front gardens.
But that's twice today I've seen posts saying someone has gone against a car.
It also begs the question. Why are we tuned to pee up against something. Despite being in full view people will pee against a pole rather than open space.

tt today on the M25 really pissed me off in a Skoda Octavia VRS Estate joined the motorway in heavy traffic and barged straight from the idle lane wHere he was in to the outside lane where I was with no indicate and very close less than 1/2 car distance) even though there were no car behind me and could have merged in behind me. Total bell end
