Craziest Saxo ever?!

Just came across this by accident on Ebay (I wasn't searching for Saxos, honest!).
I am not really sure what to make of it. Certainly sounds like a considerable feat of engineering!

Seen twin engines car before but never quite understood the concept of how they work together. Anyone care to explain?
Generally completely unlinked as they don't need to be, contrary to popular opinion. So engine 1 does its own thing and the front, and engine 2 does its own thing at the back. The only connection is the road. The only common bit is typically the gear lever. In some of the more complex set-ups, they use an aftermarket ECU, so you can do clever stuff with yaw control and g sensors.

Sorry PistonHeads.
I rather like it.

Bodykit aside it's not that bad surely and the central driving position is pretty bonkers. Must make getting a McD's drive through (this vehicles natural habitat) a nightmare!
In all fairness I began reading the advert and thought it was reasonably well written using English so perhaps it's not going to be the usual bullst.
The bodykit is no where near as extreme as the majority of the saxos around, the engines and running gear appear well selected and to a good specification so it was looking good BUT then It all went wrong as soon as I read "it's still registered as a 1.4 west coast for cheap insurance"
