Alloy wheel - bent lip - air leaker? (pics inside)

hi, would this bent lip on my alloy cause an air leak?
(in this pic you can just see it by the black mark at the top of the wheel)

It looks like it would hold air fine but I wouldn't really like to drive on it.
It's hard to tell without seeing it in the metal. It might not balance up that well.
