Resisting the Weekend Toy
Discussion
No problem choosing the sensible car here.
I believe there is no "perfect car" for all purposes. At the moment I'm using Z3M as a daily/London commuter and at the end of weekends I really look forward to getting in its relative comfiness after spending a weekend driving the Corvette (30 year old, manual - really no fun in London traffic). Once I got the X5 back on the road (gearbox problem), that will be the car I will be using most often, because it's just the best for normal everyday driving out of my lot.

I bought an alfa 159 2.4 jtd to use as a run around when I bought my Nissan gt-r and I struggle everyday to get in the alfa it's the worst car I have ever owned so to combat this I've decided to get an evo vi as my daily drive!
