Aurgasm?

Anybody else having buffering issues with the vid? Youtube vids work fine and I have fast internet, so I don't think it's me. :/

Used to love running one of these on the original gran turismo. Yet to get one on GT5...

I can only imagine hearing one of these in the flesh is just something else.

Please, someone get some footage of it at Le Mans!

I was stood on the pit wall at Donington a few years ago during the Group C race at the See Red event. I was only a few meters away from it going by at full chat. My ears took a long time to recover as I was taking pictures instead of putting my fingers in my ears!! cloud9

Check p.3, plus your garage looks rather like my likely 'when I've got a family' garage

Oh my god.

The best sounding car of all time, I wish I could be there for that.
Close, but not quite as good as the 1.5L V16 BRM @ 11500rpm smile

It is still an utterly epic noise and car though. Pity I'm not there this year.

I was there. the contrast between the Mazda and the 5.0L turbo merc silver arrow was incredible. screaming Mazda, and lazy V8 growl of the merc. Both sounded fantastic in there own way.

Be rude not too.

Especially as Mazda are using it in TV ads at the moment.

The Mercs always sounded as if they'd run a big end to me...

I was there in 91, trackside working as a photographer.

It was truly awsome
One of my favorite race cars of all time, and great to photograph.

As were the Mazda hospitality girls in the pit lane and on the grid.
Made a refreshing change from the Hawian Tropic tarts

Must dig some old pics out, and post.

Mazda did the press hospitality thing really well for a few years.
They kept us fed and watered for the duration of the weekend... ace memories

Mazda also gave us a Tomica 1/64th model of the car in their press kit.

Got lots of freebies over the years, but that little Mazda adorns my desk to this day

I must try and post a pic of the model

I've got one of those somewhere too - I bought mine, but they were very cheap, unlike the killing most of the marques make now on tat memoribila.
