Stop worrying about other drivers and just get on with your own life. Yep, he did something wrong, woop de doo.

If you feel like doing something about this sort of thing then I suggest you become a policeman. Then you can fine/imprison felons such as this for their transgressions to our wonderfully balanced social code.

Posting preachy st like this on here is fking childish.
Ladies and Gentlemen, a post from a Weapons Grade, A class, top of the pile Prick!!
SO for suggesting you just get on with your own life and don't get all worked up about the idiots around you I am a prick.

Looking at your posting history I can conclude that you are such a fine member of this online communtity I wish I could be more like you.
Why thank you for your kind words sir, it's ok for you to call some one fking childish for daring to be bothered about a HGV jumping a red light, or in your words "something wrong woop de doo" but you're not keen on being called yourself, excellent stuff.
I am touched that you have taken the time to show such an interest in me and my posts but sadly I am already taken, lets hope though that with that GSOH you have shown on here you might find Mr Right for those long walks, trips to the cinema and cosy nights in, or maybe just cruising the nearest woods, I'm not here to judge!
By the way, what is a "communtity"?
Adios Amigo...........................................................
Gosh.

Well, that made me think. From now on I will film and post every single mistake I come across on the road and try and get all worked up over it all as well.

Thanks for enlightening me.

I like the way I seem to be having a long term nit-picky argument with a random on this thread and not the OP ! I was a bit harsh in my original reply, I admit, but since the OP has not made anything of it and others are of a similar opinion to me then all seems well, unless you are from Norfolk.

I suggest a couple of posters step away from the personal insults or their continued membership of PH will be at the discretion of the mods after some grovelling in the sin bin..... wink

Blimey, some people have taken this thread a bit personally hehe

FWIW, I can really appreciate why people video on the roads, even more so since the recent accident that was posted featuring the Corsa coming the wrong way up a slip road into a lorry. I know my dad (who drives as part of his job and is very much by-the-book) is seriously considering getting one fitted as 'insurance' so to speak, and given the incident the OP posted appreciate why they have smile

Btw, OP, I love that Rover thumbup And the Brown Allegro in Readers' Cars atm scratchchin I think I have a problem.

The Rover was fine three hours later.

I'm not going to video everyone elses mistakes, after all; we all make them and Youtubes servers would be streached at best. Don't worry I'm not going to turn into that mad cyclist who provokes road rage then edits the Youtube clips to look completely innocent. Just this was such a idiotic thing to do. On a wet day, busy road half blind junction and not the best visability I would never be so stupid as to jump a red light. The company wasn't interested so I posted it here for your entertainment and/or amusement.

In light of your admission you were a little harsh Getrag I too withdraw my first comment, it was the harshness that made you sound dismissive of such a reckless piece of driving. I too agree you shouldnt bother filming every single niggle on the road but I think we could all pick a few times where we we could have filmed things like this monumental stupidity, if he had done it in a car no one would have batted an eyelid, but doing that in a HGV is ridiculous.
So apologies again to Getrag for my comments, we are nice down in Norfolk if a little sarcastic at times!

You ever driven a truck?

Knowing Knowles I'm guessing it was a Volvo Globetrotter which has great all round visibility and a good driving position.
I'm guessing the driver was looking to start moving to get traction, thus minimizing delaying you and other road users, maybe he misjudged it, but it would have been more dangerous to slam on the anchors than carry on.

The haulage industry is hard enough without keyboard warriors/self appointed road captains commenting on things they know very little about.

I could comment that "camera test" you posted on you tube doesn't look the safest driving I've ever seen.

No problem !

Can I admit to having a bit of a grin on my face while we were calling each other names ?

Its PH banter and if we all thought the same way life would be dull.

Do you always video your trips about town?
Since this happened.....

....yes.
Is it some sort of Pacman tribute?
