Easy fit, but would be quite amusing.
My exact thought when I saw the thread title, VeeFour.
If it fits that would be the best by far. World's fastest "looks a bit like a passat"...

Bang on. Just paint it a nice light blue colour and you're away

Meh, it's notjing special. 4 turbo's to get 1000bhp from 8 litres. Sounds crap too.
What would you rather have some stty jap four pot that needs servicing every five minutes?

Plus it sounds excellent, like two big v8 rumbling just out of sync

hehe

..to which you'd add half a tonne or so by so doing, which keep the PWR close enough to unchanged, but would scupper the handling in the process.

I'd forgotten all about that one.

Brilliantly mad.
Every time I see that it makes me smile. The Maccy D's wrappers on the dash finish it off perfectly.

Variation on a theme:

Already the fastest vehicle in the west but a nice new mid-mounted engine should see a few more years as cock of the road hehe

Plus you might need a bit of room for all those radiators
The radiators are the real problem I would say. There are what, 10 in there?

Leave, and don't come back!
Why?

It's 125bhp/litre which is nothing impressive

There are turbo diesels that can do that, bike engines get more then that without a turbo.
