My personal favourite is the 997 GT3 RS 4.0

Winner. Material and shape are perfect.

The old Citroens were pretty naff. Trying to be high tech but those wheels look dire:

My favourite wheel

I have to agree with that, however I'd add that the old Momo Corse was fantastic too.

Nah, it's too small and the rim is too thick.

Not every CSL owner liked this...

But I did. A lot blah

Got a momo corse pilota2 in my car and can't wait to get rid of it for a more traditional momo corse wheel

Just seen some shots of the new Lotus Elite and it's saddled with one of the ugliest steering wheels I've ever seen.

Let's see the steering wheels you love (and any you can find that are uglier than this).
Actually I quite like that. Looks like a drivers wheel, maybe a few too many buttons, but that's just a modern take on it.

Clio 172 steering wheels are pretty naff, the thumb grips often get worn / come loose / look tatty.

The wheel on a stroen AX is atrocious. Too big for the car, stupid to hold and the grip was never attached properly to the metal inside. I always liked the wheel in the Mk1 Focus, didn't look amazing, just felt "right"

Not a pretty wheel, but the 100NX had a lovely wheel to hold. Spokes in the right place and a nice thin rim.

Have to agree, lovely wheel, same as a Murcielago too, but that feels like driving a bus. Just so happens it'll do 200mph.
Love the car, but cannot get on with the steering wheel in the VXR8 i've been driving recently

I too, actually quite like it, LED rev light strip aside.

But I am curious as to what you mean by a drivers [sic] wheel? smile

I had one of these in my old 156, nice to hold and just the right size

AMG by Momo, the same basic wheel was used in the DTM cars;

Probably because it is...

Aren't they usually Momo wheels?

My preference is for non-airbag 3-spoke wheels - either Nardi wood or Momo leather.

I don't like wheels with buttons on, they always look like they were designed by Logitech.
