Damage to car caused by garage services
Discussion
A good mate of mine has worked for a well known garage chain for about 20 years now and as such i have spent a good many hours there.I have lost count of the number of times i have seen one of the young 'mechanics' driving a customers car onto a ramp with no care whatsoever and ttting a wing mirror!
No offence to the OP but if your car is only worth about a grand then im sure they probably didnt give a toss about a duty of care when driving it onto the ramp.
Im not saying this is the case but i have seen it happen and it might be worth,if you can to have a look at the ramps to see if any part of the ramp pillar matches the damage areas on your car.

Why was it noted as an advisory? Dents in panels and colour match of wings are nothing to do with the MOT - unless the door was badly enough damaged that it couldn't be closed easily?
No idea, the door functioned fine. I think the original dented wing was on it at the time as well.Gassing Station | General Gassing | Top of Page | What's New | My Stuff
