its registered as 1961 Triumph (Herald i guess)
it has a Ford crossflow engine & ford gearbox fitted
the car is designwise not even near the Vale car
it looks more like a Burlington.
the chassis is definately NOT a triumph herald chassis

...and the two pictures look like they are of completely different cars. The 'shell' has chrome door handles, on the complete car they are black. The shell looks to have the remains of a '1600 Sport' decal too.

More than a whiff of fish.

Legitimise a car without one, whether that is for innocent reasons or not. It's the not that's the problem.
