It will be ok for off-road use though? Except that the exhaust may be too loud says the seller! Bit of a limited use car theni do not see any item on this car which might have belonged to a 1959 Ford

why you want to use it off-road? any non-registered track-day Locost with a modern zetec engine will cost 3-5k and can do anything better and faster.
the car is advertized as a road-legal car even it isnt and it never was!!
it was most likely built in 1994 (pre-SVA) registered with a Ford Anglia or Popular V5c...even nearly all compements i can see on that car are from a Ford Escort.
